In the beginning I tried getting several quotes after weather damage, and dealing with some of the heavily advertised and well known companies in town was disappointing, to say the least. One company (perhaps the most recognizable name) gave a quote without even physically coming out onto the property, and their cost was very high.
Mark worked with us in a timely manner, and the difference in service was night and day. He was able to claim hail damage and saved us a lot of money by being able to go through our insurance. His crew not only completely replaced our roof, but repaired the interior water seepage like it never happened. This would have been a huge out of pocket expense otherwise, according to other quotes I had received.
I am very happy with their work, and I highly recommend Legacy for roofing or really any interior jobs in general, save time and stop looking elsewhere when you could just get the best service right here."

After he inspected our roof, we decided to file a claim to repair our damage and he explained what to expect based on his previous experience.
It took a couple months of back and forth with the insurance company to get our roof replaced and without his knowledge I'm not sure we would have been fully successful. He was always available and prompt in his communication and that was essential to the process.

"After hail damage from hurricane Harvey my roof leaked off and on. I called MANY roofers who reported no damage to the insurance company. I was ready to pay to replace the roof myself. I found Legacy Roof from good reviews on Angie’s list. Bobby Kaderka sent me pictures of hail damage. He talked me into re-opening my insurance claim and he met with my field adjuster. Within a week the claim was approved. Within a month the roof was replaced. Despite helping me with the claim, Bobby did not take advantage of me. His quote was on par with all other roofing company quotes. Lastly, Bobby was able to handle the solar panel reset, interior repair, add skylights and install new decking (upgrading to the new code). Bobby is very good getting many construction specialties to coordinate together. It was a complicated roof and a turn-key repair."

I had contracted to have my roof re-shingled and my house re-sided by a contractor who was dragging his feet...so, I called Legacy and spoke to Bobby. Bobby and his sub-contractor were at my house that same day! They took many more pictures and measurements than the first company. Legacy tirelessly worked with my insurance company to get the original company's initial assessment amended to include much more of the hail damage that was present but that had not been documented.
Once everything was approved, they were there with the roofers! The siding showed up at the end of that week and work began. Mike, the sub-contractor, worked long and hard to ensure that every piece of siding was cut and installed perfectly! If it had not been for some significant rain delays, I think that the project would have been completed in just one week! Both the roofing crew and Mike's siding crew worked cleanly and quickly!
